The Barclay Farmstead was built c.1828 in the late-Federal style and now serves as a house museum. The Croft Farm is a nineteenth-century farmhouse erected in two distinct building periods. Owned by the township, it is currently a residential rental property.

The Trust grant will fund two separate preservation plans, one for each building, that will prioritize repair and restoration issues for each property.
