John and Rebecca Bishop constructed this farmhouse in 1753. The two and one-half story Georgian farmhouse is unusual for employing both Flemish bond and English bond brickwork. The farmstead includes one of the region's few remaining Louden barns from 1932.

The grant will aid the restoration of the farmstead for use as the headquarters for the Pinelands Preservation Alliance. The floor structure will be reinforced and barrier free access and facilities will be created for the building.
