The matching grant will fund a new preservation plan to replace an outdated 1992 plan, and exterior restoration/rehabilitation of the debilitated exterior building fabric envelope guided by the prioritized recommendations of that plan. The 1993 Trust grant helped fund replacement of the deteriorated roofing and flashing and the preparation of a preservation plan for the entire building.
