Application Fee

$400.00 - Private home owners, nonprofits, and public agencies.

$800.00 - Corporations, owners of income-producing property.

Application fees are non-refundable. Review and Board action on an application usually takes three to four months.

Endowment Fee

All donors contribute to an endowment fund to cover costs of periodic inspections, review and any potential legal costs required to protect the easement. All endowment fees are held in a restricted account. $7,000.00   - Private home owners, non-profits, and public agencies

$10,000.00 - Corporations, owners of income-producing property.

Other Fees

Property owners also are responsible for costs of appraisals or the professional reviews, preparation of baseline documentation (including black and white photographs), legal fees, and other expenses incurred in the process of evaluating and recording an easement.
